Investment Managers

When this European Investment Management firm came to us in late 2023, they wanted to transform their US-based office from one with private office workspaces to one with more flexibility.  They wanted a new space to deploy 100% hoteling workspaces – no one would have an assigned desk, much less an office.  This would be a significant change for employees, so they tasked us with developing a fun and dynamic space that would create excitement around the new space and office culture.   We selected a fun and vibrant color palette from their company-branded colors and mixed those deep oranges, magentas, and blues with a black framed industrial office front and handsome walnut furniture.  The result was an exciting, sleek workspace.  The plan provided several conference rooms of all sizes and telephone rooms for employees to have private meetings or take personal phone calls.  In addition, every employee received a locker to store their items at the end of the day.  Finally, we designed a large, cheerful pantry and game room, including a pool table and massage chair, for the staff to enjoy during their downtime.
